Take it away gradually. Limit pacifier use to certain times (such as naptime or bedtime) or to certain places (such as in bed). WebPacifiers definitely have some issues, namely with oral development after a certain point, but personally if you are using other methods to calm baby down and then eventually turning to the paci, I don’t think it is a big problem at this age. Eventually you’ll wean them off the paci and they’ll find some other way to cope.
