WebYou get this quest from clicking on the flame in the city. You'll get the flame in your bag, then you have to right-click on it to accept the quest. The festival flame is located at 42, 25 in the Crystal Hall part of The Exodar. I used the Northeast entrance as it was the closest. WebOn the Exodar flame it has the exclamation point that suggests that this item starts a quest, but on the others it does not. So right click on the other flames as you would for the Exodar. Cheers!
